NEIGHBORHOOD AMENITIES

Brandywine Station Townhouse Association (BSTA) Pool:

Located at 8833 Woodstock Drive West (off of Fairhaven Avenue) and home of the Brandywine Blue Waves Swim Team. The pool is an excellent stay at home relaxation point instead of dealing with the traffic on the highways.  Due to continued concerns about COVID-19, the Pavilions will not be available for private parties. HOURS:  The pool is open from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

FEES:

  • FREE to all BSTA residents

  • Non-BSTA residents:

    • $150 first family member, $50 each additional family member (up to seven total)

    • $100 Silver membership (55+)

MARLTON POOL:

Located at 8410 Wexford Rd (just down the street from the Marlton Elementary School) and home to the Kingfish Swim Team. Check out the pool on an upcoming weekends--great fun for all, young and old!  The pool is open to the public with daily or season passes for singles and families available. Micah Dixon is offering swim lessons for children (preschool on up). Our new splash-pad will be opening mid June. Please email any questions to marltonpool@gmail.com.

HOURS:

  • During the school term, the pool will be open only on weekends

  • After the last day of school, the pool will be open daily from 12 PM – 8 PM starting June 16th.

  • The pool is reserved for the swim team (M, Tu, Th evenings) for the first part of the summer from 6 AM to 8 AM so the team can use the all the lanes for practice.

MARLTON PLAYGROUNDS:

The Marlton Community Park has a playground, baseball, basketball, tennis courts, and a picnic area. The park is located at 8061 Croom Rd. The community also has Fairhaven Park which is located at 9200 Fairhaven Avenue.

TENNIS:

The community is home to two tennis courts (located on Woodstock Drive E and Rheims Ct) allowing community residents to indulge in playing with friends at their leisure. Additional courts, are located in the Marlton Community Park.

SHOPPING CENTERS:

The community is nested by two shopping centers minutes away: Osborne Shopping Center and Marlton Plaza Shopping Center.

NEIGHBORHOOD PARKS:

Marlton is also 1-2 miles from the the Marlton Community Park and Rosaryville State Park; both 1-2 miles from the Marlton Heathermore Blvd. entrance. They offer trails, biking, and horseback riding; as well as many other amenities.
