Marlton HOA’S
1.BRANDYWINE COUNTRY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION (BCHA) - enforces covenants in several sections of Marlton, (Most homes South of Heathermore Blvd) as well as the two oldest townhouse sections (BSTA town- houses).
2. MARLTON CONTROL COMMISSION (MCC) - enforces covenants in Rollingwood, responsible for the lawn service on the common areas of N. Marlton and the upkeep of the Marlton gazebo landmark.
3. MARLTON 100 HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION - enforces covenants on the lots within its area as well as maintaining the common grounds deeded to it.
4. MARLTON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION - “is a “master association” that covers: Oakview (Muirfield Dr., west of Tam O’Shanter); The Greens of Marlton; Stonegate townhouses; and all Marlton Town Center townhomes. It administers the covenants in Oakview and The Greens of Marlton. It also maintains the landscaping along Heathermore Boulevard, the tennis courts on Woodstock Drive (near the Grandhaven Avenue intersection) and the common areas in The Greens of Marlton. Under this “master association” are two other organizations:
A. Marlton Section 10 Homeowners Association - enforces covenants in Stonegate.
B. Town Center Homeowners Association, Inc. - enforces covenants in the Town Center area of Marlton: the Winchester townhomes on Old Colony Drive/Heathermore Boulevard; the Ryan townhomes along Woodstock Drive; and the Winchester and Triangle Homes townhomes along Marlton Center Drive.
5. MARLTON 4 HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION - enforces covenants in the 24 units from 13100 to 13141 Grand View Court.
6. BRANDYWINE STATION TOWNHOUSE ASSOCIATION (BSTA) - maintains the BSTA Townhouses’ Pool and Tennis Courts as well as certain other common areas. BSTA homes are also part of BCHA which enforces their covenants. (See #1 above).
7. HEATHERMORE HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION-enforces covenants Heathermore Townhouse 92 units located at 13014 Ricker Rd.
