Tennis Courts
The community is home to two tennis courts allowing community residents to indulge in playing with friends at their leisure. Additional courts, are located in the parks.
MARLTON POOL
The community has been the home to the Marlton Swim and Recreation Club for 44 years. It offers swimming classes for all ages as well as water aerobics.
The Marlton Swim & Recreation Club is the community pool of Marlton. A place where the community comes for fitness and fun, summer camps water play and The Kingfish Swim Club practice and win in competitive matches.
NeighborHood parks
The community is home to Marlton Community Park and Rosaryville State Park; both 1-2 miles from the Marlton Heathermore Blvd. entrance. They offer trails, biking, and horseback riding; as well as many other amenities.
marlton Golf course
The community is home to an 18 hole, 71 layout golf course, clubhouse and amenities. Currently the course is closed for major improvements and renovations.
Shopping centers
The community is nested by two shopping centers minutes away: Osborne Shopping Center and Marlton Plaza Shopping Center.
